Guest network parental controls
I'm having some issues with my work email at home and I'm wondering if it's possible to enable the guest network but not have the restrictions? I’ve tried adding the server so it doesn’t block it but it’s still not working. I figured the easiest way to fix it would just allow the guest network free reign. (with a password just for me)

Well, if your (unspecified) Netgear router supports configuring a guest network with different settings, then it's worth a try.
"some issues with my work email at home"
If you could be more specific about the "some issues", then I may have a solution for this.
"I’ve tried adding the server so it doesn’t block"
What server did you add where? You tend to be extremely vague and narrow, therefore vague help can be provided only. I guess you didn't expect more.

Thanks for the reply, I was pretty vague my apologies. I have figured out how to allow my cellphone to receive my work email. I have 4 computers at home that are all working fine but my laptop even with the bypass account logged in it’s still blocking as if I’m restricted. Is there something I need to do for that laptop?

"my laptop even with the bypass account logged in it’s still blocking as if I’m restricted."
Well, cellphones use to use apps, whereas laptops use to use a browser or mail client program for e-mail. Therefore the domains being queried and accessed may be different.
Are the specific settings of your bypass account restricted, e.g. more than the default settings of your LPC account? My suggestion is to lift this restriction. A likely reason could be that you have the Webmail category blocked.
What is the output of a DNS lookup against the domain (probably this "server"?) being used for your work email, executed on this laptop?
nslookup mail.example.net. (Replace mail.example.net by the FQDN your work mail server is hosted on.)

I see, this is new information. Then post the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands from this laptop:
nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
nslookup www.exampleadultsite.com.
Me seeing this may nail down your issue.
