Cannot bypass parental controls

I have a primary account with Moderate security.  I also have a bypass account with Minimal security.  If I attempt to access a blocked site, how can I?  Only thing I see is to click OpenDNS, but I cannot login with the bypass account.  It says:  Invalid login. Please check your username and/or password.  I'm entering it correctly - I'm certain about that.  (This is Windows7 Desktop.)

  Hi kgrubb,

  Are you using the Netgear Genie app? You would need to log in to your bypass account first via the Netgear Genie app, then visit the blocked site in order to be able to bypass it. 

   

  If you are already using the app, please provide us with a screenshot of the error you are receiving.

  Ensure that you followed these instructions for creating bypass accounts, and login via Genie or User Utility with your created bypass account credentials. These are unrelated to your Windows credentials unless you configured them to be the same.

  Hi,

  I've done everything exactly like in the page rotblitz pointed to, but when I try to access content that should be accessible to the bypass account, I get the infamous Blocked screen... Can you help me? Using Windows 7 if that's any help...

  I'm afraid you'll have to open a support ticket, so that OpenDNS staff look into your account.  Nobody seems to know a solution here.
