Why can't filter be set

In Netgear Genie I am trying to change the parentfilter via tne network overview to a lower level. Neither on the Pc as on the ipad this works. On the pc after applying the change the setting remains "default level on server". In the ipad the attached images show what happens. Why can't these settings be changed?

  The Genie app is Netgear's, not OpenDNS'.  You'll want to refer to Netgear support.

  To change the filtering level best is to login at https://netgear.opendns.com/ and change it there.
