I would like to block my daughter's phone from the WLAN at specific times of day

How do I do this through parental controls? I only want this rule applied to her phone.

Blocking internet connectivity for certain devices is not part of the Live Parental Controls feature. If your router supports scheduled WLAN access by MAC address, you'll be able to set it up this way, else not.
