Blocked site

It's blocked because your OpenDNS settings either have the domain blocked, or one of the categories the domain has been assigned to is blocked. If this website is using a CDN (content delivery network) to deliver some or all of it's content that CDN could potentially be blocked in the same manner, ie blacklisted or by category.
The domain domain.com.au belongs to several categories, which you can see here https://domain.opendns.com/domain.com.au?__utma=120785690.151338177.1421455055.1438352478.1440985361.26&__utmb=120785690.4.10.1440985361&__utmc=120785690&__utmx=-&__utmz=120785690.1421455055.1.1.utmcsr=(direct)|utmccn=(direct)|utmcmd=(none)&__utmv=-&__utmk=196280364
You should take a look at your OpenDNS settings, as well as your stats to see what is being blocked. Generally when OpenDNS blocks a domain used by a webpage you'll get a message that it was blocked by OpenDNS either because of the category it belongs to, or because it was specifically blacklisted. You can use that as a guide to figure out what categories you need to unblock, or the domains you might need to whitelist. As to why you are blocking those categories or domains in the first place, we can't answer that, since they are your settings.
