"I have tried to enable the parental filtering on an individual device. I have changed the device to high"

How do you do this?  Can you post a screen shot?

"Am I doing something wrong ? Does this router suppport this?"

You may be doing something wrong.  According to the KB article I doubt that filtering for individual devices is part of Live Parental Controls.

However, bypass accounts are part of LPC.

I don't know if this question has been answered -- but I'm also having the same problem as Derek.  I have not figured out how to make it work.  NETGEAR genie (version 2.4.12) allows users to setup different levels of filtering for individual devices.  This can be done from the "Network Map" tab.  You can click on one of the devices on the map and then change the "Parental Controls Filtering" setting.  The options are: Default level on router, Bypass login, None, Minimum, Low, Moderate, High.  If I select any of the options listed (except "Default level on router"), the filtering stops working completely and it will allow any malicious website to load (even those already included in OpenDNS' blocked sites lists -- "Protects against pornography" for example).  Has this feature been removed?
