This function is not related to Live Parental Controls, but is a router function only.

yes ... but that doesn't really help. Obviously the OP (and myself) want to block specific sites for our kids and be able to bypass these restrictions ourselves.

The link you are referring to shows how to blocks the sites at specific times (or always) for everybody on the network with no way to bypass.

The whole thing with Parental Control is to set restrictions for kids, but have options for the parents to bypass.

So how do I set specific times to be blocked (in my case YouTube) at certain times, with still an option to bypass that myself?

With "Live Parental Controls" enabled you schedule time based access to e.g. domain category "Video Sharing" or so.
    As documented here: https://kb.netgear.com/25687/
And you bypass this with a bypass account as from step 11.

Also note: with a DNS based service like LPC you cannot block "sites", just domains (or categories of domains).

Else you visit the Netgear support site or Netgear community site to ask this question.  This here is the OpenDNS forum, not the Netgear router forum, so apparently the wrong place to ask Netgear router questions.  Just "Live Parental Controls" are being covered here.

Btw, you may well find out there that the feature is not available with your router model...
