Upon activating and enabling the OpenDNS filter, my clients using office 2013(on win7 &10) can no longer "insert online pictures" in word documents. Windows 7 (or 10) notifies them with a Security Alert that states the web site or integrity of the connection cannot be verified. The clients are asked if they want to proceed with yes, no and view certificate options. Viewing the certificate reveals issued to opendns.com by Digicert Secure server.
Viewing the certificate also gives me the option of installing the certificate as either the current user or local machine. My first option was to install on the local machine thinking that would solve the problem for every user on that machine.
But regardless of how I "successfully" installed the certificate, users are unable to view and insert pictures this way.
Photos of cats and trains are not filtered in any way. That is, I can use Google or Bing in any web browser and find enumerable such photos of cats and trains, download as a save file, then import them into my word document. Bu it is certainly not as convenient as the built in photo search feature of office 13 that my clients have grown accustom to using.
