Netgear Genie Live Parental Controls not working
I have set filtering level to moderate on OpenDNS, but for one device (a Chromebook) on my network I would like to set it to High. This is supposed to be possible in the Netgear Genie, and the instructions are clear, but when I set the Parental Controls Filtering level to High for this device, there is no change at all. I've tried it with several devices (Windows PC, iPhone and a different Chromebook) but it does not work. Any help would be appreciated, I've had no luck finding an answer in the forums.

Did you use these instructions? http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/25687/
You normally can achieve different filtering with an LPC bypass account only. You must login to the bypass account on the related device to take effect. However, It does not make sense to have a bypass account with stricter filtering than the default settings, only vice versa makes sense. Especially, you cannot configure different settings for different devices, only for different bypass accounts.
Therefore you configure your default settings to "High" (which is to take effect on the Chromebook) and create bypass accounts with less filtering to be used on the other devices or better, the other users.
Your message could be understood as if LPC is not working at all. See if you're using OpenDNS: http://welcome.opendns.com/
Ensure that you do not have a network configured at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ - your dashboard is only at https://netgear.opendns.com/ -

Ok, I didn't see this. So yes, filtering by devices should be possible as well now. It says "Published 09/30/2015". Thanks for pointing it out!
"Sounds like a glitch in the software"
Certainly, as with allmost all new features. A case for Netgear support. Genie is their software, not OpenDNS'.
