Cannot bypass Live Parental Controls on extender

I purchased a Netgear extender because on the other side of my house, we were experiencing low wifi reception. I have Live Parental Controls because the little ones tend to use the internet to goof off when they're supposed to be doing homework. Whenever I connect to the extender, however, it restricts my access to stuff too, despite having my devices unfiltered in the Genie.

Any way to fix this?

  Figured out my own problem.
  
  My phone gets assigned a different IP to use on the extender than it does using the modem. So I found my device and the new IP, and went through the Network Map to see and change the parental controls on the device.
