Hello,
I opened two tickets to delete my account, but people do not do anything for three days .... these are the names of the tickets: # 188778 and # 189293.

  You should respond directly to those tickets on the website with a comment asking for status on this. This is a user forum, not a support forum, so your fellow OpenDNS users can do nothing for you.

  No, complaining somewhere does not remove your account and does not increase your karma. ;-)

  You visit your tickets at https://support.opendns.com/requests to check the status and/or to possibly update them with further questions or comments you may have.
