problem with blacklist cannot delete specific domain

Howdy, I accessed my account then went to the setting to remove youtube.com from blacklist section and when i marked [x] youtube.com then clicked delete button. it seems wont let me remove it and basically stuck there. PLEASE HELP!!

 

Look like it has do with your server side problem. FYI
