my device seems to be registered to another OpenDNS user. How can i adjust this so can enter the parental settings?

i want to change the parental settings but as soon as i put in my user name and password it wont let me in

What do you mean it won't let you in? What is the actual message that you are receiving when you try to log in?

You open a support ticket to get these account specific problems solved. Staff must look into it, and users like you have no way to correct anything.
