My router seems to be registered with another OpenDNS account can some one help me remove it so i can use my account?

hello,

I just got transferred to my xfinity internet service and and cant seem to log in to control my router. I need to get rid of the old account to use the one that I just set up and I have no means of obtaining the old one

  Open a support ticket.  Only staff can sort out this issue.

  Open up the link you received in the email confirmation of your ticket and ask for a status update. There really is nothing else that this forum can do for you, and it's unlikely that posting about it here will spur a response, let alone a faster response, from tech support.

  If you didn't receive an email confirmation of your ticket open a new ticket.
