Log on to OpenDNS

I can log on to my account via the web page, but every time I try to sign in using the Netgear Genie I get the same error message, "this device appears to registered with another OpenDNS user" and this blocks the Parental Control Setup for the Negear R7000 Wireless Router.  Please advise

  You'll want to open a support ticket.  Only OpenDNS staff can clean up this situation.  No further help can be given here in the forum.
