You may try to logout with the user utility from https://www.opendns.com/downloads/

Else, Genie is not OpenDNS', but Netgear's.  Your best bet is to refer to Netgear Support.

If you have the same issue then the answer is the same. Either follow the link rotblitz provided or contact Netgear Support for their product since Genie is a Netgear product, not an OpenDNS product.

Ok, I said what you need to do.  Nobody here can support Netgear's software, believe me.

Then if it's the same there, the answer would be the same for you as well. Even if you are using iOS, Netgear still makes the router and Genie, not OpenDNS. So still, the same answer. If you can't software at the link rotblitz provided then you need to check with Netgear since it is their product.

    "Well i upgraded to unbrella."

You "upgraded" to Umbrella?  From what?

No matter, Netgear LPC is not compatible with any other OpenDNS service, including Umbrella.  You must disable LPC to use Umbrella.  Or your cannot use Umbrella, but LPC instead.  It's your choice!

"How do i make this change?"

As I said, you disable LPC on the router, with or without Genie.  And then you configure your router the normal way with the OpenDNS resolver addresses:
    https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/22800644
If you have a dynamic IP address, you'll also want to run an update client.

"I got the router in its bypass getting me hacked. Now my isp changed my public ip due to the hacking.. ugh"

What?  Honestly, I understand - nothing!
