I need to remove both routers on my account

    You need to open a support ticket with OpenDNS. Only staff can do that, not the users that are here in this forum.

    To save time provide as much information as possible, including the username(s) you used to setup the OpenDNS account associated with these routers.

    The answer is the same as for the original poster, whose thread you hijacked with something that is not the same as their original posting.

    You need to open a support ticket with OpenDNS.

    It seems you didn't mind to read anything above.  Again: You need to open a support ticket with OpenDNS.

    We other user can do nothing with your account, same as you can do nothing with our accounts.

    Oh sorry, I think I forgot to mention that you need to open a support ticket with OpenDNS (tab "submit a request" above).
