Netgear D6000-Parental Control not working

Hello, I have a D6000 with the latest firmware; I have a iMac with the application Genie, when I try to access to parental controls, a window with checking router firmware appears and I can't configure anything (The app says I haven't supported router!).

The router is connected with LAN, I've tried also with a Windows 10 PC but nothing, same problem.

Any solution?

  Netgear Genie and the router firmware is solely with Netgear, not with OpenDNS.  You'll need to contact Netgear Support with all related troubles.
