How can I set different access levels by user?

I need to set access permissions based on the user's computer.  How can I do this?  We are trying to limit our teen to a few web sites, without restricting web access for everyone else in our home.  Thanks

  If you're using a Netgear router with LPC enabled, then the most restrictive settings must be your default settings.  Any less restrictive settings require the creation and the use of a bypass account.  That said, the permissions are not based on computer/device, but even better, based on bypass user ID.

  A case for Netgear support.  It's their software, both, Genie and the router's  firmware.
