Why can't I connect to my router remotely for parental control?
Trying to use parental control remotely with my laptop.

Netgear LPC is effective when you're within your network, not necessarily when connecting from remote.
If you want to have further help with this, you would have to be much more explicit about what exactly you did for "Trying to use parental control remotely with my laptop", and what exactly you want to achieve.
