Block Shopping site- flipkart, amazon, ebay and shop clues etc..

BlockNews site - ndtv, ibnlive, oneindia and etc

Block Job site  -naukri, times job and etc

Block Mails site  - yahoo , rediff etc

  Then you need to either enter the domains for the website you want blocked, or block the categories that correspond to those types of websites. It's pretty simple.

  Fine, do it.  But believe me, I would not work for such a company.  It's counterproductive.
