Support Ticket opened and deleted

    We are not OpenDNS employees here so we can't tell you what they do behind the scenes with their support tickets.

    If there really is no way for you to access the old ticket then I'd suggest opening a new one, provide full information, including links to the other ticket and to this thread.

    You should be able to see the closed ticket at https://support.opendns.com/requests?filter=solved

    I tried that and it's just gone. They deleted the ticket but not the extra router. I don't get it.

    That's very strange, and definitely unusual for a company like OpenDNS. As I said in my reply then your only recourse appears to be to open a new ticket and provide the information that I said.

    1) You are hijacking someone else's thread with something that has absolutely nothing to do with the topic of the thread. If you want anyone to take you seriously or treat you with respect, be respectful yourself and do not hijack threads and post on topic

    2) There is not a support forum staffed by OpenDNS employees. It is a customer discussion forum. As such, none of the OpenDNS customers here can do anything to help you. If you want your account deleted you will either have to do it yourself, open a support ticket, or email customer support.
