Support Ticket opened and deleted
I opened up a support ticket 214431 to have a device deleted from my netgear live parental controls account since i got a new router. I am having issues with not being able to bypass the parental controls on an android device even though i am logging into the account i created. I opened up this ticket 2 days ago, and this morning it was deleted with no record of it ever being logged. The extra device is still on my account.
Anyone able to respond as to why this would have this ticket been closed without deleting the extra device?

We are not OpenDNS employees here so we can't tell you what they do behind the scenes with their support tickets.
If there really is no way for you to access the old ticket then I'd suggest opening a new one, provide full information, including links to the other ticket and to this thread.

1) You are hijacking someone else's thread with something that has absolutely nothing to do with the topic of the thread. If you want anyone to take you seriously or treat you with respect, be respectful yourself and do not hijack threads and post on topic
2) There is not a support forum staffed by OpenDNS employees. It is a customer discussion forum. As such, none of the OpenDNS customers here can do anything to help you. If you want your account deleted you will either have to do it yourself, open a support ticket, or email customer support.
