You haven't provided enough information for anyone to be able to help you.

Has your netgear router with LPC ever done any domain blocking? If not then you need to set it up. If so, what changed? Did you change ISP or make any other changes related to your internet connection?

    "Why aren't my websites blocked?"

    Two possible reasons:

    1. You are not using OpenDNS at all:  http://welcome.opendns.com/
    2. If you're using OpenDNS, then your dashboard may not be configured correctly.
      Netgear LPC dashboard: https://netgear.opendns.com/
      OpenDNS Home dashboard: https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/

You didn't say if you indeed use a Netgear router with LPC enabled or if you use OpenDNS Home.  These are different services, not compatible with each other.

Hello, I am having the same issue. I am using OpenDNS Home and I have set the filter on HIGH & I have also specified several domains to BLOCK, and I have waited the prerequisite 3 minutes for it to propagate across, and it still does not block a single web site. What have I done wrong?

Please start another thread. First of all the OP didn't provide enough information for you to know if you indeed have the same issue as him, and secondly, this thread is devoted to Netgear with Live Parental Control, which is completely different from OpenDNS Home. Trying to troubleshoot and resolve an issue for that would be inappropriate in this thread.
