Do you share computers or other networking devices or even user accounts where Genie is installed?  Somebody else may gain access to your configuration then.

To add to rotblitz questions: When you check after a month is that password still the same as the last one that you set? When you change the password or log in again do you choose any options to "save password"?

It does sound as if someone who has access to your computing resources there is changing things for some reason. You could confirm that your router has the latest firmware, but it's unlikely to be related to this.

I have genie installed on my Iphone and no one has access to my phone other than me. The was changing the password for same reason if someone may have known it and I can use the changed password next time (unless I change it again).

I believe I have the latest firmware on my router but I can check it again and upgrade it if needed.

What does it look like if you check and manage the settings at your dashboard https://netgear.opendns.com/ directly, without Genie?

I forgot to tell you that I am managing the settings directly  https://netgear.opendns.com and notice these issues.

I'm afraid we other users cannot help you.  Better open a support ticket with OpenDNS.  Staff must look into your account.

Then you would have the exact same solution.
