Netgear LPC Bypass accounts not working
Hi All,
I have a Netgear D6300 router.
I did have the parental controls and bypass account setup and working perfectly for around 2 years.
Last weekend I upgraded the routers firmware to latest available.
Since then restricted content is still blocked, but the bypass account no longer work. I've tried factory reseting the router, setup a new opendns lpc account, had the router removed from old account via support ticket, and completely reconfigured everything again and am still having the same problem. I can log into the bypass accounts, in the genie app, but the content is still blocked/filtered.
Anyone else experienced this or have any advice?

See at https://netgear.opendns.com/ if you are associated with the correct device ID, and if your bypass accounts are configured under this device ID. If you need to have changed or checked anything, you must raise another support ticket, because only OpenDNS staff can look into your account, not we users from the community forum.

@hippy999 It appears that my colleague Reg dealt with your ticket on the 13th and after an exchange with yourself removed all routers from your account and closed the ticket. If you didn't receive any emails perhaps you could check your spam box? Alternatively all support tickets can be viewed through the dashboard with open requests located https://support.opendns.com/requests and closed requests https://support.opendns.com/requests?filter=solved
