    You follow the link in the screenshot you posted. Which will lead you to many threads telling you to open a support ticket with OpenDNS. So go ahead and do what you were already told to do.

    Also, do not use the OpenDNS Updater in any way.  You must not use it in conjunction with LPC, under no circumstances.  Uninstall it again from your Windows computer.  I'm 100% sure that this was not listed in any instruction for LPC, so I wonder why you installed it nevertheless.
