    Open a support ticket with OpenDNS. There is nothing that the other users on this forum can do about account related issues.

    Wasn't the message rather "The device is registered with another OpenDNS user"?  And not the "network is connected to another account"?  These would be two totally different things.  Regardless, open a support ticket as mattwilson9090 said.
