Do I need to set up a specific DNS or do I select "Get Automatically from ISP"?

Else you configure your router according to the detailed instructions here: https://support.opendns.com/categories/20080020
In this case you need to specifically configure the OpenDNS resolver addresses and not obtain them automatically from your ISP.
