Internet not working

Since I logged in to OpenDns and trying to figure out the parental controls something has happened it now I can not even search the web for anything. It will only allow me access to my router log in and OpenDns. How can I get this fixed so my internet is back to where it was. I don't remember what page I was on when I made changes, but I know I clicked an enable button for the parental controls, but I am not sure how to get back to that area. Please help me

  Do you have a Netgear router and wanted to enable Live Parental Controls?  Then strictly follow these instructions:

  If you don't have a Netgear router, then open another thread in the "Community Help" section of the forum, telling what router and computer you have.
