Did you try with disabling Live Parental Contols, e.g. with the Genie app (https://support.opendns.com/entries/60217234) or with logging in to http://routerlogin.net/ ?

If this doesn't help, copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands (Windows):

       nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.

       nslookup whoami.akamai.net.

       tracert 74.125.24.103

       ipconfig /all

Disabling Parent Controls allows internet connection (already disabled to allow family Internet access), but then defeats the purpose of having Parental Controls.  I will perform the the diagnostic commands as soon as possible.

But executing these commands make sense with LPC (or OpenDNS Home) enabled only.  As long as your internet connection works, they don't reveal a lot.

With LPC disabled, only this command is of some use:

       nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.  208.67.220.220
