That pretty much tells the story. I have a MacBook Pro running Mavericks, and while traveling the last couple of days was having huge challenges getting internet connectivity on wifi. The computer would happily connect to a wifi network, but I wouldn't have connectivity, with constant "resolving host" status messages in Google Chrome. Just now, it occurred to me that I had DNSCrypt installed and active, and as soon as I disabled it... BOOM! I had no issues connecting to the 'net.
Any ideas about what might've been causing this? Obviously, I'm going to leave it off until I hear of a fix...
FYI, I recently discovered and installed a tool called Cloak (https://www.getcloak.com/), and have been very happy with it. I'm using it on my iPhone, iPad and laptop, but I did disable it on the laptop to see if it had anything to do with my issues (which it didn't, obviously).
Also, I notice that the DNSCrypt menubar app is still a 0.10 beta, so wonder if it's still being developed? Hopefully an update might fix my issue??
Thanks for any help you can give!
