Unable to retrieve user name and password from my netgear genie for parental control

  Just for Live Parental Controls or for the router login?  For the router login no help can be provided here.  This is Netgear's area.

  For the LPC/OpenDNS login: visit https://netgear.opendns.com/ and click the "Forgot your password?" link.  If you also forgot your user name (your e-mail address), then you must open a ticket with OpenDNS.  We other users cannot help you with lost memory...
