Disble opendns
Hey, can you guys help me remove open dns from my router. I have two accounts setup bht have forgot my first account, which has all my custom web filtering. I completely forgot the first username and password so I decided to create a new one. So when I chose my new web filtering on my second account I turned ALL web filtering to off but when I pressed the apply button, the websites were still blocked. My question is would you guys possibly remove open dns from my router because I have no access to my old account and nothing is working with my new account. Please help me!!

This is a user discussion forum, not a direct dialog with OpenDNS staff, but either way we have no control over your router. Your router is yours, and you need to change the settings on it yourself. I have no idea what settings you configured on it, but changing the WAN DNS settings to something else, such as your ISP's or Google should be enough. If the router is also configured to send IP address updates to OpenDNS you should change that as well.
You'll also need to flush your DNS cache so that any OpenDNS filtering results will no longer apply.
As for your accounts, if you forgot the password you can just click the "I forgot my password" link on the login page. There really was no reason to create a new account just because you forgot your password.
