    I do not believe that Live Parental Controls has forseen to stack multiple Netgear routers.  It seems you can have multiple routers registered with your account, but the one raising the DNS lookups will be the one which settings take effect.  You had to try out if the inner routers can raise DNS lookups directly, or if these are handled by the outer router as DNS forwarder.  Only in the first case you may be able to manage different default settings.  And support for stacking multiple Netgear routers can be given by Netgear Support only, not by OpenDNS, because this has nothing to do with LPC in the first place.

    Generally, different settings are achieved by setting up bypass accounts under one account with Live Parental Controls.
