    Unless you are much more specific about your problem, nobody will ever become able to help...

    Just one thing: if your problem is with the Genie app, you'll have to refer to Netgear Support directly.  You cannot get help here.

    What do you mean "is not working". You need to provide some details if anyone is going to help you. Either post the complete error messages you are seeing, screenshots, or enough of a description so that we can understand what is going on.
