Prosumer Plus product - one network agent with limited DNS requests.
I am a single commercial user and would prefer to have the reliability of a network agent (router based) service without having to pay the $380 to get to the professional plan.
I understand a network agent would allow many users that you could not monitor (and perhaps not be compensated for) but perhaps you can limit the number of network agents (1-2) allowed in a prosumer plus plan, and also limit the number of DNS queries to what based on your experience best correlates with a single user. That way someone can't get away with having a significant number of unlicensed users behind the network agent, and but your prosumers can have the flexibility and reliability of network protection.
You could consider caching of DNS query results to consider what that DNS threshold should be for 2, 3, 4, etc. user levels -- that is it might not scale linearly.
I was suggesting that I would be willing to pay a premium for this - certainly $40/user/year, perhaps more. Customer service says many customers are in this situation, and they sign up for Home VIP (for network coverage) and prosumer (for roaming coverage). I am not sure whether use of Home VIP is technically a violation of your terms of service for a commercial user. If so, you might want to create an allowance for this option to official bless this. Also, using two separate accounts/plans to accomplish this would seem to be a klunky solution when you could create a plan specifically for this scenario as your customer service has acknowledged many of your customers are interested this set of features.
Furthermore, I think that proxy/IP protection would be just as beneficial for a single prosumer as for 10 users, and would think there would be no technical reason this could not be cost effectively provided to single users. Why require someone to pay $380 to have this service as part of professional plan, when most of the extra features in the professional plan (except this one) are useless for those with a small number users. Instead offer this single feature at a more reasonable add-on cost (e.g., $5 /user/per year) or include it for free in the prosumer plus plan.
Please at least offer these features in a prosumer plus bundle at the price levels that make sense for you. I think $40 is the right price. but I think some prosumers including me might pay more for these features.
