Bypass account and deleting them

My children put the Netgear software on their computers and set up a bypass acct. For themselves. Now I can't shut that acct off. HELP

  It is Netgear software, for a Netgear product, so you'll need to go to Netgear for support on this.

  Also, if they were able to set up a bypass account, they must have had access to your OpenDNS credentials.  How could you allow this to happen?

  If you cannot manage the bypass accounts via Genie, you can login at https://netgear.opendns.com/ to manage your bypass accounts and other OpenDNS related LPC things.
