Why is my network "inactive" and how do I fix it?
I'm able to log in to my account. But my network is listed as "inactive". Why is this? How can I fix it? Thanks.

Please create s support request and download and run our diagnostic tool via the support article below from a computer that is experiencing the issue. When the test starts it will ask you if you want to enter in a domain to test. In this field type in ***www.internetbadguys.com***.
***After the test completes, copy and paste the Diagnostic number into this ticket***. If you are experiencing difficulties copying the URL from the diagnostic tool, please use the steps at http://www.take-a-screenshot.org to take a screenshot of the diagnostic tool after it finishes.
