    Ohh!! That's absolutely okay. BUT right now I m facing this problem.. I have rebooted the router and whe I try to do Parental controls through the desktop application I end up with this message. I have created unlimited number of Dns accounts only to be ending up with this message..!! I have raised the submit request though.. But looking at certain posts do Dns tech team respond quickly?

    They responded to my tickets almost quickly. But they work on them only during business days.

    That seems to be part of the problem.
