Ohh!! That's absolutely okay. BUT right now I m facing this problem.. I have rebooted the router and whe I try to do Parental controls through the desktop application I end up with this message. I have created unlimited number of Dns accounts only to be ending up with this message..!! I have raised the submit request though.. But looking at certain posts do Dns tech team respond quickly?
