WILL not let me sign in to netgear under the parent Icon. My User Id and Password works on openDNS but will not work on the Netgear Parental Division B

will not let me sign in to the netgear under the parent Icon. My User Id and Password works on the OpenDNS BUT will not work on the Parental Control section in Netgear.
