This device appears to be registered with another OpenDNS user.
Hi,
As the title states, I'm getting the "device registered with another OpenDNS user" error. I submitted a request a few days ago and haven't gotten a response. I get the error with both the desktop and mobile versions of the netgear genie app.
I can definitely be patient - I just wanted to make sure I took the necessary steps/submitted my request in the right place.

Wait for your ticket being actioned. We other users cannot do anything for you.
Check the status of your ticket at https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/requestsYour best bet in the meantime is to disable LPC and to use OpenDNS Home instead.
