IPhone 6 - Admin User- set to minimal, but will not allow access

I have mine set to minimal. I am still unable to access U-tube to allow my child to watch, "Elmo Song" or post on Facebook. I tried, none, still won't let me

  What exact OpenDNS service are you using? What have you done to use it?
  Is it Netgear Live Parental Controls (LPC)?

  It would help if you could install the following app on your iPhone: https://dyn.com/apps/dig/

  Then enter debug.opendns.com as domain name and select TXT.  Take a screen shot and post it here.
