I used the modem with another count (marco.borri@polimi.it) now I would like to use it under new user name (odigitra) with the new password (mAd@f1c0), plese unlock my modem. Thank you

  We other users like you (fortunately) cannot unlock your modem.  You must raise a support ticket with OpenDNS.  Only staff can do what you want.

  And it is a maximal stupid idea to post planned credentials in a public forum. :(
