Which ip? /IP Addreses? "Manage" my network?

I am using a Trendnet TEW-733GR I have the DNS servers set up inside the settings, what am I missing?

I am having troubles figuring out which IP address to use and where to get it, also when I try to register what should I put in the /dropdown menu and what does it mean by how so i "manage" my network?

  Hi,

   

   

  In your router you would need to use our DNS IP addresses which are 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220. In your Dashboard you need to register your Public IP address. Here are the step by step instuctions:
