Removing an erroneous tag to my Website & changing a tag on a website

I need help. My website (http://www.mygardentotable.com) is erroneously tagged by OpenDNS and is subsequently blocked by all OpenDNS networks --> https://domain.opendns.com/mygardentotable.com

We are a gardening business - not pornography - and this tag obviously has a negative impact on us.

I've flagged it for review and submitted a new tag that needs votes, but how does one get erroneous tags removed?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi,

     

    Your tickets have been responded by my colleague and the categorization has been updated. The Domain is now only categorized as Business Services.

    This is not true.  Not by OpenDNS, but by the domain tagging community.  But you are right, it is apparently wrongly categorized.
    https://domain.opendns.com/mygardentotable.com

    This is not true.  It is only blocked in case a network owner has selected the category for blocking.

    This is almost without effect as I have experienced.  The domain tagging moderators are apparently overloaded with working the queue.  Better is to raise a support ticket with OpenDNS, so staff may overwrite the current categorization.

    Thank you, @rotblitz for correcting my verbiage.

    I've entered support tickets, but have little confidence based upon what I am seeing and hearing thus far.

    Bottom line is is wrongly tagged and is subsequently blocked by any OpenDNS network that blocks porn.

    The fact that these cannot be corrected in a timely manner is troubling.

    My tickets have been answered and actioned on almost to my full satisfaction.  An outstanding support for a free service which I have rarely seen elsewhere.

    Regardless, did you become aware that your domain is no longer categorized as porn?
    https://domain.opendns.com/mygardentotable.com
    It's now under Business Services.
