I have new domain registered and hosted it is not accessing over the open dns what the reason behind it

You are right, you cannot access domains with a DNS service like OpenDNS, generally not. You only can look it up for e.g. obtaining an IP address. That's the reason behind it. Access is not via DNS, but e.g. via HTTP or HTTPS or whatever service you want to host under this domain name.
Can you lookup your domain if you use another DNS service? If not, then it cannot be an OpenDNS specific DNS problem, right? What's your domain name?

We made up a websites that name is corpaffairs.org it is hosted to datacentre Now As per open dns system I have applied open dns 208.67.222.222 208.67.220.220
into my router and someone I have webfilter content but no one filter related to this websites keyword even I had checked through none options. all websites are opening over this dns .but only this is not working on dns .
Actually i have applied this service for web filer and virus security but if will not work then i will remove this dns to my router .Have any idea to resolve this issues .

All things are ok but my points are how can be possible through google dns like 8.8.8.8 4.2.2.2 I set into tcpip ipv4 as dsn .I mean to say for open dns it works but after few hour or minutes stops browsing this sites auto . all above things are right both database and domain hosting on different data centre but I think should not be effect such type issues . because from other dns is opening this site.

I cannot reproduce your problem. Best is to open a support ticket with OpenDNS.

Not "from opn dns", but "with OpenDNS". Yes, it is. You configure the OpenDNS resolver addresses on your WLAN router.

This service (opendns) is best for who operates local networks but one thing is not added that is url logs files , if this service attached then it could be seen details of user browsing websites .
and please you short explain about block internal ip address. I am standing that WAN ip is not able to enter local ip . but how ?

What is your suggestion of logging URLs with a DNS service? A DNS (Domain Name System) service knows only about domain names, nothing about else like content type, URLs, the web or whatever. You do not and cannot send this information to a DNS service.

Sorry, I do not understand what you mean. Why would you want to block internal IP addresses? Well, if your router allows to do so, do it!
Further, your issue was only with your corpaffairs.org domain where you had problems with your own DNS configuration. Now we are at totally different topics, unrelated to the original one. You better open another thread for your remaining questions.
