Web Filtering challenge

I used a web filter a few years ago, I think it was OpenDNS, that required a typing challenge in order to change the filter settings.  I'm wondering if anyone knows how to set that requirement in Opendns.

  What do you mean by a typing challenge? Was this a free or pay service?

  Well, OpenDNS is not a web filter but a recursive DNS service with domain name filter.  So it may not have been OpenDNS which you used unless you had a Netgear router with LPC enabled, or one of the Umbrella (Enterprise) line of services.  These come with block page bypass if this is what you mean by "typing challenge".  And Umbrella can be configured with something like a  "typing challenge" to change the filtering settings, like SAML login or 2-step authentication.
