    Hello,

    Please create a support request so we can troubleshoot this problem thoroughly.

    When you do please  download and run our diagnostic tool via the support article below from a computer that is experiencing the issue. When the test starts it will ask you if you want to enter in a domain to test. In this field type in ***www.google.com***.

    ***After the test completes, copy and paste the Diagnostic number into this ticket***.
