Login to dashboard fails with HTTP ERROR 500

After a few months of trouble-free access, access to the dashboard for changing DNS filter settings has stoped working. The full message is:

This page isn’t working

dashboard.opendns.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500
 
Any tips on how to resolve?
