How can I report Phishing Domains?

Please create support request with the address or addresses of the domains you wish to have reviewed.

Dear Reg,

Thanks for answering.

I opened a case two times and I got email confirmation and recieved request number but they disappear from my requests page. It's like I didn't send a request.

Is there anything wrong with the request page?
